Refund & Returns Policy

At SKOOCHII, we want you and your pup to love your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch with us at admin@skoochii.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change-of-mind purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping costs.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the item and, where applicable, provide a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange the appropriate solution and cover any return postage where the error was ours.

Final Sale Items

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind. Australian Consumer Law rights still apply to all purchases, including Final Sale items. If a Final Sale item is faulty, damaged or does not meet your consumer guarantees, please contact us and we will assess the issue accordingly.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item due to change of mind, please return your original item in accordance with our Change of Mind policy and place a new order.

Return Process

Please follow the process below.

Simply send your order back to the address below and include the invoice that came with your order inside your parcel. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return arrives back to us and has been inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Important

For your pup's safety, please ensure all harnesses, collars and leads are inspected before use and are returned in their original, unused condition if requesting a change-of-mind return.

SKOOCHII reserves the right to refuse a change-of-mind return if the item has been worn, used, washed, damaged or is not in its original condition.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
