We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizing and pricing are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

When you place an order with SKOOCHII, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received and you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in circumstances involving incorrect pricing, product availability or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods made available at checkout.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
While we will do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, weather, peak periods or incorrect delivery information.
SKOOCHII is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Our dog accessories are designed for light to moderate use and should be selected according to your dog's size, strength and individual needs.
It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that the correct size is selected and that all accessories are fitted and used appropriately.
Always inspect your dog's harness, collar and lead before use and regularly thereafter for signs of damage or excessive wear. Discontinue use if an item becomes damaged or unsafe.
Our products are not designed to withstand significant force or heavy pulling and are not recommended for large, strong or powerful dogs.
SKOOCHII is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from incorrect sizing, improper fitting, misuse, failure to inspect products or use outside of their intended purpose, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
